Ever find yourself at a massive event and wonder just where everyone came from? M1 recently made it easy for revelers visiting the Heineken House Digital Globe at Carnaval Miami and Ultra Music Festival to visualize how far guests traveled and how they fit into the diverse global representation of festival attendees.


As guests registered their emails and home cities via tablets, the information was gathered in real time, in turn dropping a pin onto an animated globe dashboard on an adjacent video wall, calculating guests per continent and miles traveled. Users were also emailed a link to a custom microsite featuring their personal animation, cumulative data and links to share via social media.
